Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use seoonweb.com or engage SeoOnWeb for services. By using the site or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide SEO, paid advertising, and social media management services on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific deliverables are described in each client agreement.

Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately or paid directly to platforms by the client, as agreed.

Cancellation

Either party can end the engagement with 15 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts unless we've agreed to one in writing.

Content ownership

Content, creative, and reports we produce for you become yours once the invoice for that work is paid.

Limits of liability

We do our best work but can't guarantee specific rankings, ad performance, or growth outcomes. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version is always on this page.
